It’s time to get back to the basics of what it means to restore a property. Efficiency does more than decrease project time and costs; it improves customer service and makes everyone’s job easier.
But how do we become more efficient? The answer is multi-faceted.
In this webinar, Chad Flowers, a senior software consultant for Next Gear Solutions, will help cleaning and restoration company leaders and managers understand and identify inefficiencies in their business, and turn those into wins. Plus, he will breakdown what jobsite data really means, and how you can use that data to increase efficiencies – which will create happier clients and employees.
Attendees will walk away from this webinar with actionable steps to increase their company’s efficiency by leveraging tools like data, SOPs, and efficient workflows.
