Time is running out to share your feedback on the TPA programs you have experience working with. Take the RIA Third Party Administrator (TPA) Scorecard Survey before it closes on Friday, May 20.

The purpose of the Advocacy and Government Affairs (AGA) TPA Scorecard Survey is to help restoration contractors make better decisions. Similar to TPAs comparing and publishing contractor scores in each market, the AGA TPA Scorecard Survey helps contractors evaluate TPA programs and how they compare to each other.

Here’s how this anonymous survey works:

  • Provide a rating of 1 star (very dissatisfied) to 5 stars (very satisfied) in each category for all Third Party Administrator (TPA) programs you have worked with within the last 12 months.
  • Select N/A for TPAs you have not worked with within the last 12 months.
  • Provide up to three suggested improvements that TPAs you have worked with within the last 12 months can make in each category.

The results of this anonymous survey will be compiled and published in a TPA Scorecard Report and will also be communicated directly with TPAs to advocate for suggested improvements.
