Zolman Restoration, a Sachse Construction company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TCS Restoration to bolster its operations in southeastern Michigan and beyond. The two companies will function as one full-service restoration company committed to rapid response for commercial and residential clients in need of water, mold or fire damage recovery support.

All TCS Restoration team members will join the Zolman Restoration Team with the sale finalized. Tom Schneider, owner of TCS Restoration, will join Zolman Restoration’s leadership team as the Vice President of Emergency Services. All team members will be based out of either the Sterling Heights, Michigan, or the Walled Lake, Michigan office.

Following the acquisition, the Zolman Restoration and TCS Restoration will undergo a transition period to indoctrinate all new team members into Zolman Restoration’s award-winning culture. Over the next year, the two organizations will begin to operate under the Zolman Restoration company brand.
