Tim Haas Promoted To Chief Operating Officer
Mammoth Restoration, an industry-leading provider of 24/7 Emergency Restoration, announced the promotion of Tim Haas to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Haas’ primary responsibilities will include overseeing production with a focus on exceeding customer expectations, operational workflow adherence, overseeing the key accounts, and company training as we continue accelerated growth.
Mike Bevilacqua, Founder & Chief Culture Officer of Mammoth had this to say about Mr. Haas:
“Over the last 12 years, Tim has been the straw that stirs the drink at Mammoth. His grit, integrity, and attention to detail are off the charts. Throughout his tenure, Tim has established a track record of building up and helping grow team members around him – which will be an important skill that he will bring to his new role. Additionally, Tim has blown away Key Accounts that have worked with him on large loss projects with the speed of completion and level of detail he provides with his documentation. His involvement makes the stakeholder’ jobs much easier and allows for the job to get done quickly and smoothly, often with little to no questions as he tends to proactively answer questions before they arise. He reminds me of the character Radar O’Reilly from the show MASH.
Starting at Mammoth as a technician, Tim has held and exceeded expectations in almost every position within the company. I am proud to call Tim a partner as he is now a shareholder in our company – there are very few people I trust as much as Tim.”
Mr. Haas received a Labor and Employment Relations degree from Penn State University where he was also the Captain of the Wrestling Team.
