Thomas is a Senior Project Director for First Onsite and executive management of the Infection Control Technologies division specializing in emergency mitigation and facility hygiene for regulated environments. He is President of the Board of Directors for the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA) and helped create and publish the Bio Recovery Site Risk Assessment (BSRA) guidance document. He also sits on the committee for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Environmental Risk Specialist (ERS) program.
