First Onsite Property Restoration, one of North America’s largest disaster recovery and restoration providers for commercial enterprises, has promoted Tom Ihm to Regional Director of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Tom has been in the restoration industry for over 22 years and has a strong understanding of both day-to-day operations as well as client engagement. He was the first salesperson that A-1 Flood Tech hired back in 2001 and he led their sales team from then, until the acquisition of Flood Tech by First Onsite in 2021.
Once the company established itself in the DC, VA, MD restoration market, Tom was able to focus on sales and client relationships. He grew the team to four account managers by the time of the acquisition.

Tom was able to take A-1 Flood Tech into becoming the premier restoration company in the market. Holding WRT and ASD certification he was able to communicate the value of professional property restoration for his clients in Property Management, Multi-family, Government, Hospitality and Large General Contractors.
