Expands Presence in Key Las Vegas Market
ATI Restoration, LLC (“ATI” or “Company”), America’s largest family-operated restoration contractor and a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction services, announced today it has acquired GraEagle Construction and Restoration. Financial terms were not disclosed.
GraEagle was founded in 2001 by partners Jerry Pasquale, Bill Quinn and Kristina Orshoski. Their team of 44 trained and certified professionals includes Victoria Salcedo, employee #1, and John Warnstedt, employee #3. GraEagle is veteran-owned and particularly proud of the ADA retrofit work they perform for the Nevada Department of Aging and Disability. In addition to construction services, the team specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation for both residential and commercial customers throughout Las Vegas. GraEagle is a six-time recipient of Contractor Connection’s prestigious Golden Hammer Award, a testament to their customer service excellence.
