By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a simple one-page plan that you and your team can be excited about – You’ll be prepared to hold yourself and your team accountable – You’ll have a roadmap to the best year you’ve ever had in 2023.
The format is two, 3-hour Zoom webinars with time between the two sessions so you can do some work with your team – don’t worry, Scott will give you the roadmap of exactly what to do, and will also make himself available to you in between the meetings to answer all of your questions.
